Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Virtual Assistant to support our clinical and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
You will play a key role in patient coordination, administrative workflows, and supporting both providers and internal teams.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
- Includes a 30-minute lunch break
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls using RingCentral
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Conduct outbound calls (follow-ups, reminders, coordination)
- Support providers with administrative tasks
- Assist with lab coordination and back-office workflows
- Manage and respond to the Patient Portal Queue (training provided; expected proficiency within 90 days)
- Learn and support workflows related to our GUIDE Program
- Accurately document tasks and communications in our EHR (Cerbo)
- Maintain consistent communication via Slack and email
- Collaborate with the operations team and report to the Operations Director

Pay: From $1,250.00 per month
